This course is a must for all staff members from technical & non-technical departments who are responsible for maintaining QMS systems effectively and involved in conducting Internal QMS Audit in the Organization like MR, Department Heads, Managers, Engineers, Officers, Supervisors, Executives and even Top Management.

Conducting Internal Quality & Environment Audit (IQA) is one of the mandatory requirements before and after getting ISO 9000 Certificate. For this, Organizations need skilled team members who can effectively conduct internal audits, face certification / surveillance audits and gain maximum benefits out of QMS.

This training program aims at providing basic understanding of QMS and to provide tools and techniques to the participants to conduct Value Adding Internal Audits and maintain QMS Systems effectively in their organization.

After attending the course, the participants will be able to:

We will conduct a test at the end of training session and all successful candidates will be issued a certificate of Internal Quality Auditor based on ISO 9001:2015.
